Then go to "Entropy" and set both Read and Write to 4096. It should help, especially if you have a high class SD-card. Go to I/O Scheduler and set "Read-Ahead" to 4096Kb. If you can change the clock, do it and set it to the maximum.
Go to CPU and set the "CPU Governor" to "Performence". If you use Kernel Aduitor and your tablet is rooted then great, follow my instructions ! If it is not rooted then i highly suggest you do so, because you will be able to use apps like Kernel Aduitor and change your CPU settings. Try to set it to Non-Buffered video and enable all the speedhacks. You may want to play around the settings and i'm not only talking about the resolution. I had a tablet with the same specs and it's not a very powerful chip nowadays.
